Ok, maybe it's the middle of May, but I
look like a frankenweirdo. I had to go to the dentist today, and I thought I'd share the faces of me.
This is me trying to smile. I mean REALLY trying. The girls at the dentist kept saying "you don't look puffy or weird at all. Don't worry!" Bless their hearts.
I was told it would take about 2.5 hours to wear off. This is about hour three. Yeah... getting there though!! By the way, my cheeks used to look like this about 10-15 years ago. I was underweight, but had the biggest cheeks ever.
I wasn't trying to make a kissy face. I was actually trying to make the letter "R".
And the letter "M". I was singing "Rumor Has It" by Adele. Not an easy song with half your mouth numb. Now try to imagine what drinking water was like for me. I just kept smacking my lips together so the liquid wouldn't fall out.
Back to normal. Also, on drugs. I feel better than I have in a week! But more on that tomorrow. Or, soon.
